A Family Business, One Generation to the Next
Merritt Plumbing got its start in 1984, when the company mostly built plumbing systems from the ground up for new homes and commercial buildings. That early construction work shaped how the business would eventually approach service calls: understand the whole system, not just the part that's leaking.
Leadership has stayed within the Merritt family since then. Douglas Merritt brought early business training into a hands-on trade, and Joshua Merritt now owns the company and works directly with customers as its Master Plumber.
