Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) Protocol
We don’t just “check it.” Our Spring/Fall PM service includes a comprehensive scope:
- Pumping & Cleaning: We pump out the entire lift station pit, removing sludge, solids, and debris to prevent clogging.
- Component Inspection: We inspect the pit walls, wiring, float switches, trash baskets, and rail systems for corrosion or damage.
- Pump Health Check: We clean the pumps, check impellers for damage, and test motors.
- Electrical Testing: We verify volts and amps are within manufacturer tolerances to catch motor failure before it happens.
Repair & Emergency Services
- 24/7 Alarm Response: If your “High Water” alarm goes off, we mobilize immediately.
